Originally delivered to the Royal Air Force in 1967 the C-130K (MSN 382-4198) now flies for the Austrian Air Force. In 1994 the aircraft was part of the Marshall Aerospace development program. The C-130K was loaned for a test with the GMA2100 engine to be part of the C-130J development program. In 2003 the aircraft was handed over to the Austrian Air Force.
